Important points when doing live streaming – UNIPLAT Support

Please be sure not to go to the other page or menu on UNIPLAT when you are doing live streaming because it will result in a forced termination of the live streaming.
Even if your live streaming is forced to stop, the video will still be automatically saved in Streaming Archive.
You can open multiple tabs to check on the other menus on UNIPLAT while doing live streaming at the same time, but it might disturb the stability of your live streaming.
Please be sure not to click on the tab that shows your live streaming screen when you are about to share your screen midst a live streaming. If you did, the screen will appear as if it's reflected by a mirror.
To avoid it, please select another window or chrome tab when you want to share your screen.
Screen sharing of a video in Live Streaming may down-grade the original video quality due to a drop in rendering speed (FPS) caused by the specs of the site and browser.
If you wish to deliver your video smoothly, we recommend that you upload it as a video content.
