If you forget your password

Please follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Click the ”Forgot Password” on the log-in page.
2. Choose the ”Facilitator”.
3. Fill in your email address and institute name.
4. UNIPLAT will send a temporary password to your email. Use that password to log in to your account.
5. Go to the Account Settings and change the temporary password to your own password.

*If you don't receive any email from UNIPLAT, there might be a mistake in the information you filled in. Please try again and make sure the information you fill in is correct.
