The details of your registered content such as title, upload time, etc. are written here, including the clickable URL to your content.
The transaction hash
This is a unique string of characters that is given to your transaction that is verified and added to the blockchain.
The token information
It's the transaction history of you registering your content on the blockchain. You can access it by clicking the URL or scanning the QR code on number 1.
