About failed registration

If your registration is failed, the following factors are possible.

1. The email address you entered does not match the email address you were invited to

    → Please enter the email address you received the invitation email when you registered.

2. Password does not meet the conditions
    → See "Password conditions" above the password entry box.

3. The password you entered does not match the confirmation password

    → Be sure to enter the same password in the "Create password" and "Confirm password" boxes.

4. The agreement of the terms of use is not checked

    → Please be sure to check the agreement after reading and agreeing to the terms of use and

    privacy policy.
