How to create a Facilitator account

1. Go to the Facilitator signup page (https://www.uniplat.social/signup/facilitator)
2. Fill in the form and upload the required documents.

3. Check the declaration and agreement of the terms and conditions at the end of the form.
4. Click Submit.
5. Check if you receive a notification email from UNIPLAT.
6. Wait for the verification result email to see if your application is approved or unsuccessful.

*When you fill in the signup form, please be aware that the official email address (User ID) must be different than the contact person's email address.

*The verification process may take up to 5 working days.

*You will receive a request to edit some information in case your application was unsuccessful.
